My family booked 3 rooms as we were attending a wedding locally. We had a wonderful stay and found the hotel excellent we could not fault the service provided. we would not hesitate to use your company again.

We had a very comfortable stay at your hotel in St
Albans. All the staff, without exception, were
friendly and helpful, the room was more than
adequate, and the breakfast probably the best of any
hotel, anywhere. The nearby railway was noisy on the
Friday night, but didn't really stop us from
sleeping. The room was hot, but the staff lent us a
fan which was all we needed. We didn't make use of
the pool and gym, but wished we'd had time to do so.
All in all, we were very impressed and thought it
was great value for money too.

This is our third time staying in your hotel and it is
always a pleasant stay. The location into the centre is great and we can walk in. The food is the restaurant is very well priced and good value.
We will visit again soon.

Small but sufficient room with all necessary facilities. Great
price and value. The only issue was with the
bathroom: when using the shower it leaked profusely
over the bathroom floor. Otherwise fine, will stay
again.

We had a very comfortable stay! The room was very
clean and well presented - the beds comfortable.
Breakfast was very fresh with an excellent
selection. The only negative comment would be the
lack of air conditioning
in some rooms!
But over all a very well presented and friendly
hotel.

Dear Madam or Sir, I was reasonably pleased with my
stay at your hotel - convenient car parking, prompt
service, a clean and tidy room with good facilities
and a handsome breakfast in the morning. The weather
was very hot and humid whilst I stayed and the room
was difficult to ventilate after I had finished
taking a shower. The shower head was not working
correctly and caused a slight amount of flooding of
the bathroom floor. I was woken in the morning by a
loud noise outside that was either a train or a
lorry slowing down on its way into St Albans. I
appreciate that there are always going to be some
environmental problems that will be tricky to fix!

We had a pleasant stay with no complaints. We would like to comment on how impressed we were with not only the breakfast but the very efficient way the team cope with the number of guests at breakfast. They were all very pleasant as well..

This is our second visit and on both occasions the
service and standard at the Hotel has been
excellent. The staff are a credit to the Hotel. The
only problem we had was last time we booked an
Executive Room (Room 314) and it was a lovely room
but it did not have a window that would open, and
the heat in the night made it difficult to sleep.
Next time we visit I will ask for a room with a
window that can be opened so it will not deter us
from coming again. We have family living in St
Albans so will be using the Hotel on a fairly
regular basis. We would be happy to receive any
details of weekend offers as and when they occur
during the year. Thank you for looking after us so

I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hotel and the room. Everything was fresh and clean. I also felt really welcomed, the reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends and family and will stay there again in the future if I ever visit St Albans again.
Booking in advance also meant a very good rate, which made it such good value for money too. Many thanks!

Very happy with our stay over night, the girls on
reception was friendly and greeted us with smiles.
The room was clean and bright room and we had a
lovely breakfast to set us on our journey home, good
price which will mean we will be coming back. we
went to a wedding at Sopwell, (not very impressed
with grubby taxi that took us there when we were all
dressed up) Thank you for a lovely stay.

WHAT A LOVELY PLACE! REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOTEL. ROOM WAS
SMALL BUT COSY. PUBLIC AREAS WERE MODERN AND BRIGHT.
BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. STAFF WERE REALLY HELPFUL,
EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. WILL USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN

Our stay at the Hotel was very nice, the staff made us feel
very welcome. We made good use of the facilities
such as the pool, dining room and bar area. Food was
very good this time as we had stayed here previously
and the food that time was not so good. The room was
nice, we stayed in an executive room, my only
complaint was that we were unable to open a window
and found if quite stuffy, with the air conditioning
on eventually it was too cold. Overall for the price
we paid it was good value and would recommend it to
our friends and family.

Suited our needs. I found the staff in the hotel very friendly
and helpful at all times. The hotel suited our needs
as it is only a short journey into St. Albans and
whenever we needed a taxi the hotel organised it and
we were not left waiting for too long. My only
complaint would be regarding the pillows...they were
a bit hard and uncomfortable, would like a softer
pillow when I return.

Everything about the hotel was brilliant, including the
facilaties and the staff. Only a couple of minor
points: The swimming pool closed at 7, and the
person at reception said it closed at 8pm. The
waitress got my order wrong when I ordered food in
the evening.

Staff - very helpful and attentative. (Especially breakfast
staff - it's always nice to get a bright smile first
thing in the morning!!) Room - very clean and
comfortable. Nice and airy on the top floor. Food -
good varied mix at breakfast and lunch. Complaints -
none. Overall I feel my stay represented good value
for money.

Very warm and efficient welcome and check-in. Room good value
for money. Room heating not on when we first arrived
but staff brought an electric heater which soon
warmed the room. Excellent choice for breakfast.
Only minor complaint was the noise from railway line
early in the morning - we will ask for a room at
front/side next time! An enjoyable visit, thank you.

I left written feedback in my room on departure. I hope you
found it. In summary I thought that the hotel met my
needs on this occasion very well. The staff were all
helpful, friendly and courteous; my compliments to
them. The only adverse comment I had was that the
toilet paper wasn't up to the standard of everything
else.
